Most people don’t think so because they associate the Caribbean with a specific look and culture. But on the eastern side of Nicaragua, that changes completely.

Along the Caribbean coast—places like Bluefields—the culture is different from the rest of the country. You hear Spanish, Indigenous languages, and English-based patois all mixed together. The music is reggae, Palo de Mayo, and calypso. The identity is Caribbean, just not the version most people are used to.

DEL CARIBE is about that side of Nicaragua. The coast, the culture, and the people that represent it.
